30-day returns

If you're not satisfied, return your Tracedwn tracker within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be in resalable condition. Start a return by emailing support@tracedwn.com with your order number.

12-month warranty

Every Tracedwn device is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If your tracker stops working under normal use within 12 months, we'll replace it free of charge.

How to make a claim

Email support@tracedwn.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We typically respond within one business day.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
